2 Part-Time Maintenance Technicians

The City of Dayton is accepting applications for 2 Part-Time Maintenance Technicians for the Public Works Department. Applicants must have a clean driving record. The position entails working in various areas of City maintenance, including parks, general building maintenance, road maintenance. Experience operating various mowers, and trailers essential, experience with other equipment including tractors, skid steers preferred.

The City offers a starting salary of $23.24, hours will range from 27 – 31 hours per week as needed for up to 36 weeks per year. This position does not qualify for benefits.

Public Works Seasonal

The City of Dayton is accepting applications for 3 seasonal workers in the Public Works Department. Duties include but are not limited to mowing parks, maintaining ball fields, street repair, and other miscellaneous duties in the Public Works Department. Qualified applicants must be at least 16 years of age, be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and have a valid Class D driver’s license with a good driving record.
