Utility Billing
Creating a New Account for your Utility (water/sewer) Bill:
Utility bills are sent out bi-monthly (bills are sent out on the odd months usually around the 10th and due in the even months) Please contact the Utility Billing Department at (763) 323-4003. Leave your name, address, closing date, phone number and email address.
Creating a New Invoice Cloud Account:
The City of Dayton uses Invoice Cloud for electronic billing and payment service, which is a simple online system that provides more convenient options to view and pay your bill, including the ability to make automatic payments, pay by text, and pay by phone 24/7. To register for a new account please click here.
Once you receive your first paper bill in the mail:
- Enter in your account number.
- Enter in your house number. Example, if you live at 12345 Main Street North type in “12345” as your service address to search for the invoice.
Existing Invoice Cloud Users:
Existing registered users, please click HERE to sign in.
If you have questions about your bill or how to set up an account, please submit a contact form and select Utility Payments from the drop-down menu. Make sure to include your address and/or account number.
