The City of Dayton now has a new toll-free payment line phone number for Utility Billing payments. The phone line accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Google Pay and EFT checks (personal checking, business checking & personal savings) Credit card limits are $2,000.00 for debit/credit cards and online checks limits will be $125,000.00. Please note, we cannot accept payments for permits though this phone line as this is strictly for Utility Billing payments.
