Dayton Public Works staff will be conducting required maintenance of trees in the Historic Village beginning on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 and will last approximately 3 weeks. The works will include tree limbs overhanging roadways, and tree removal of trees infected with Emerald Ash Borer. Trees for removal have a ribbon attached to them, staff have placed a door hanger at the homes of residents who may be affected by the tree removals.
Staff will only remove what is absolutely necessary for safety and controlling the spread of Emerald Ash Borer.
