Beginning as soon as July 8th, the intersection of Fernbrook Lane (County Road 121) and Elm Creek Road (County Road 202)/Rush Creek Parkway will be an all-way (four-way) stop. The change will improve safety for people who drive through the intersection, and those who walk, bike, and roll across Fernbrook Lane. It will also provide safer and improved access to Elm Creek Regional Park. The City of Dayton collaborated with the County to make this change. In July, be alert temporary traffic signs and orange barrels. In the months ahead, county project staff will install the permanent signs and pavement markings. Occasionally, we may need to close a lane or make other changes for safety. Dates are tentative and weather dependent.
