Stretch and Release Tuesdays, 5:15pm-6:00pm, 4/5 to 5/24
Take control of how your body feels! Alleviate aches and pains, reduce muscle tension, improve posture, and joint range of motion, increase circulation, and promote relaxation through stretching and muscle and tissue release. These techniques are easy to learn and are a must for everyone to improve function, mobility, performance, and overall well-being. Please bring a mat to class.
