PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Dayton will hold a public hearing on February
24, at 6:30 p.m. in the Dayton City Council Chambers located at 12260 S. Diamond Lake
Road, Dayton, MN 55327 to consider the following:
1.) An interim ordinance imposing a moratorium on all subdivisions of land (with
certain exceptions that will be identified in the moratorium) while a study and
review of possible amendments to the City’s Official controls related to
subdivisions and fees is being conducted.
