City Staff have been working with our Consultant SRF to complete an ADA Transition plan to bring the City of Dayton into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) enacted on July 26, 1990. Staff posted the document and several Appendix pages to the City website, we are requesting feedback from residents on the plan.
Feedback should be emailed to mfarrell@cityofdaytonmn.com, we will accept comments on the plan until August 25, 2023.
