On Monday, September 12, we will begin a culvert replacement project that will involve two locations on Brockton Lane (County Road 13) in Dayton and Rogers.

Work on the first culvert, between David Koch Avenue and South Diamond Lake Road/133rd Avenue, will begin Monday, September 12, and be completed by Wednesday, September 14.

Work on the second culvert, between Diamond Lake Road/141st Avenue (County Road 144) and 147th Avenue, will begin on Thursday, September 15, and be completed by Tuesday, September 20.

The schedule is subject to change depending on the weather.

Access and detour

Both culvert replacements will require a segment of Brockton Lane to close to traffic. You will be able to access local businesses and residences along Brockton Lane, but there will be a hard closure where crews are replacing the culvert. People will need to use the detour route to get around the closure.

Driving

When driving, you will need to use the following signed detour to get around the closure:

During the first culvert replacement

Through traffic should use:

  • County Road 81
  • County Road 101
  • 141st Avenue North

First culvert location on Brockton Lane just north of David Koch Avenue

First culvert location on Brockton Lane and detour route for through traffic.

During second culvert replacement

Through traffic should use:

  • North Diamond Lake Road
  • Dayton River Road (County Road 12)

Second culvert replacement location on Brockton Lane just south of 147th Avenue
