The Economic Development Authority for the City of Dayton (“EDA”), on behalf of the City of Dayton (“City”), seeks proposals for private redevelopment of the property located at 18541 Levee Street in the City of Dayton (the “Property”) for medium-density housing under General Mixed Use District-3 (GMU-3): Historic Village zoning, and pursuant to the terms set forth in this RFP. The Property is offered for a purchase price of $36,000.00, which is inclusive of the City’s purchase price, administrative, and legal costs related to the acquisition of the Property by the City.
