French Lake Industrial Center AUAR Update – Draft Distributed for 10 Day Public Comments
The French Lake Industrial Center Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) examines 170.9 acres of land in Dayton, MN to analyze the impacts and mitigation measures necessary to accommodate a proposed industrial development. The City of Dayton adopted the French Lake Industrial Center Final AUAR and Mitigation Plan on February 10th of 2015.The purpose of this document is to update the AUAR pursuant to Minnesota Rules. This report is intended to serve as an update to the 2015 AUAR and includes information on development to date and an update to the environmental analysis where necessary. Copies of the Draft AUAR Update have been distributed to agencies listed on the most current Minnesota Environmental Quality Board distribution list for the 10 Day comment period. Published notice of this AUAR Update will occur on the EQB Monitor on Monday, November 18th, 2019, and all comments will be due by the end of Wednesday, December 4th, 2019.
