36th Annual Clean Up Day – CANCELLED

The City of Dayton is hosting its 36th Annual Clean-up Day on September 12, 2020. The location is at Central Park adjacent to City Hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cash or check only please.  

Accepted materials for Dayton residents include:

Water Heaters & Air Conditioners ………………………$20.00 per item
Demolition (see website for details) ……………………Minimum charge of $25.00 per load
Fluorescent Bulbs…………………………………………… $1.00 per bulb
Televisions ……………………………………………………. $30.00 per item
Electronics………………………………………………………$5.00 per item
Car Tires…………………………………………………………$5.00 per item
Truck Tires………………………………………………………$25.00 per item
Propane Tanks…………………………………………………$5.00-$10.00 per item
Carpet with/without pad…………………………………….$10.00 and up
Gas/Ammonia Refrigerator………………………………..$150.00 per item

Please note: Commercial loads, paint, household recycling or hazardous waste will not be accepted. Hazardous waste includes items such as oil filters, herbicide, pesticide, paints, solvents, fuel and any unidentified liquids, powder or solids. The containers these items are stored in are also considered hazardous waste.
